Found a great little tool I thought I would pass along. Flavor Studios Tools & Resources has a generator for creating those cool icons. Provide the image and they do the rest. Heckuva lot easier than trying to do it yourself. It will create a full preview icon 256×256 .png, the apple-touch-icon.png. and a .ico file which contains 3 sizes (16,32,48).
You then download them as a zip file. This one is worth it’s weight in gold and is FREE

Four or five months ago, wifey and I were looking for a place to go for dinner with a couple of friends and decided to look for some restaurants online. This sounded simple enough, but I soon discovered that most of the sites that were available to search for such topics sucked.
After a few hours of searching I came accross this really cool site that had menus, online ordering and not only restaurants for Vancouver, but most of BC. So being the paranoid that I am (afraid of losing the site) I bookmarked it. Happy with knowing that it would be there when I needed it.
So onto today I decided to add a link to this cool site I had found, so others would be able to find new places to go for dinner. However, after deciding months before to add most of my bookmarks to chipmark, scuttle and changing to a new computer, I go in search for the link………………..
It’s GONE, can’t find it anywhere ……. name what the heck was the name …… (that’s gone too) so the links that appear here are from more hours looking for a good one. I am determined though to find the one I came accross originally.

Moral of the story: Don’t put your eggs in more than one basket, you will either lose the eggs, the basket or both ……
